Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to support our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial management and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records and perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
- Process invoices, refunds, and credits, and assist with collections
- Support ad-hoc financial operations tasks and data entry
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently without frequent escalation.
Requirements:- 1+ years of experience in financial operations or accounting
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Highly organized and dependable with solid time management
- Ability to work full-time during any US time zone (EST/CST preferred)
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be proficient in communication tools like Slack and Gmail, and be comfortable working collaboratively across teams.
