We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the execution of retail marketing initiatives.

Job Overview:

  • Assist in developing and executing retail marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with retail strategies.
  • Manage retail marketing calendars and execute marketing initiatives across different retail partners.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on marketing budgets and events.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as wholesale catalogs and creatives.
  • Track and analyze retail marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop co-branded marketing initiatives with retail partners to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners for smooth communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Passion for beauty, hair care, and consumer trends.
