We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager/Marketing Specialist to lead our social media efforts.
- This role is responsible for developing and managing social calendars across multiple food brands, aligning social content with ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal promotions, optimizing paid social campaigns, including setting up, monitoring, and executing Meta ads, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and matching social content to operational performance and in-store sales, collaborating with on-ground teams for real-time execution.
- A self-starter with strong marketing instincts and authority in execution, minimum 2+ years experience running social media for multiple brands (agency or in-house), preferably in F&B or retail, proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and solid knowledge of social strategy, audience growth, and engagement tactics, understanding how social media drives business, not just impressions.
