Job Opportunity

As a seasoned finance professional, you will have the chance to excel in our accounts payable function. You will be responsible for managing vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead and manage accounts payable transactions, process invoices and payments, reconcile AP and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate vendor records. They will also collaborate with purchasing teams to resolve discrepancies and exceptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor invoices and payments according to company policies.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions, vendor statements, and credit card accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate vendor documentation.
  • Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Collaborate with purchasing teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support month-end close by preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Assist in audits by providing required schedules and supporting documents.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in US accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial close processes.
  • Experience preparing reports and audit documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in dynamic work settings.
Language Proficiency:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
