Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior personnel in performing audits of client financial statements.
  • Document audit tests and findings in comprehensive workpapers.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with current audit legislation to ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Analyze client data using standard processes and tools to complete assigned project work.
  • Identify technical issues in various projects and collaborate with senior personnel to mitigate risks.
  • Develop strategies to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
  • 3-7 years of recent public accounting experience in audit.
  • ERISA and Employee Benefit Plans experience required.
  • Understanding of generally accepted auditing standards, GAAP, and industry-specific rules.
  • Experience with paperless auditing applications is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong research, organizational, computer, and analytical skills are essential.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional client service with the highest level of integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

  • Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps.
  • Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace.
