Residential Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of the construction project team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate cost plans, managing bulk measurements and tracking changes on a flagship residential development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake bulk measurement of all internal works to establish accurate baseline quantities.
  • Manage ongoing cost tracking and variation assessments as apartment configurations and designs change.
  • Prepare detailed bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents.
  • Liaise closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure cost control.
  • Use software such as CostX to measure and manage quantities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Significant experience in Australian construction and quantity surveying/estimation for residential projects.
  • Expertise in estimating software such as CostX / Bluebeam / Planswift.
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a team environment.
