Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer
  • Minimum 1 year of QS experience in hotel or building projects.
  • Knowledgeable in Civil, Structural & Architectural
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Key Responsibilities

  • Implement QS procedures on-site for hotel projects.
  • Review plans, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct inspections and prepare quality reports.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants.
  • Maintain proper documentation (ITPs, NCRs, reports, etc.).
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout project phases.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
