Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to optimize field operations and sales strategies through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing store sell-out, capacity, and ISS metrics to monitor performance trends. They will also evaluate HR agency data to assess effectiveness and efficiency.

In addition, they will develop and maintain reports for retail market share, agency KPIs (expenses), promoter productivity, and inventory levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role within sales, marketing, or field force management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with Python for data processing and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and macros.
  • Data visualization expertise using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Ability to tell a compelling data story through presentations and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of retail, sales, or field force management industry metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience working with retail sales and distribution data.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and market share analysis.
