Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Quantitative Project Manager to join our Market Research team. The mission of this role is to serve as a liaison between our company, clients, and other teams involved in project completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in international online market research specifically focused on healthcare, survey recruitment, and collaboration with all teams involved in the project. Experience in Qualitative project management is an advantage.

  • Manage quantitative market research projects through their entire lifecycle, including client management, partner coordination, and data quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with various teams to setup and test survey links, prepare samples, conduct quality checks, manage respondent inquiries, and oversee project deliverables.
  • Coordinate project kick-off meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Develop and leverage relationships with vendors to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables, communications, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project productivity and data quality, providing regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
