Job Description

The project coordinator will be responsible for supporting project management activities, including coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and communicating with team members and stakeholders. This role involves planning and scheduling project work orders based on priorities and resource availability, as well as tracking and closing out work order tickets upon completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with vendors, onsite contacts, and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
  • Reviewing work orders to ensure all necessary information is available.
  • Tracking and promptly closing out work order tickets upon completion.

Additionally, the project coordinator will submit completed work orders for billing and maintain accurate records and documentation related to work orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent written and communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to improve operational processes.
