Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for making travel arrangements for Executives, compiling and transcribing minutes of meetings, and distributing them to the Execom, Board, and Stockholders. You will also attend meetings as instructed by the President and CEO to take down minutes of other Departments, facilitate Coordination meetings, and coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping, to aid Executives. Additionally, you will manage and maintain Executives' schedules and constantly coordinate with other departments on operations concerns, keeping the Execom informed and updated on any developments.

Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
