Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product development and improvement in our e-commerce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools (Excel, Google Analytics) to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry.
  • Proven experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
