Strategic Events and Communication Lead

The role of the Strategic Events and Communication Lead is pivotal in enhancing the agency experience, promoting our brand and values, and supporting business growth through effective communication and memorable events.

This senior position involves leading the strategic planning and execution of high-impact events and communication initiatives that drive engagement, motivation, and alignment across the agency force. It also includes managing a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national and regional agency events, including recognition programs, conventions, roadshows, and training summits, aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Monitor event budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness and impact.
  • Plan and execute agency communications initiatives in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Partner with agency leaders, marketing, training, and other departments to align communication and event strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in events and communications, preferably in the life insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and leading large-scale events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
