Overview of the Position

Job Description

As a seasoned Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies. Your expertise in Flow, LWC, and platform features will be crucial in enhancing and optimizing Salesforce solutions for our clients.

This role demands proficiency in analyzing business processes and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with business objectives and deliver high-quality results that utilize AI in Salesforce.

The responsibilities of this role include managing Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, collaborating with project team members, leading projects by being the primary point of contact for clients and Project Managers, and providing technical support and training to users as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience developing specifically for Salesforce, preferably in Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Exposure and experience with Generative AI technologies or capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience with data management and governance best practices including privacy and consent.
  • A detailed understanding of the development of modules within Salesforce and how those modules tie into a broader solution.
