Senior Salesforce Developer Role

This is a challenging role for an experienced developer who can lead teams in delivering innovative solutions using Salesforce and AWS technologies. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for refining technical strategies, guiding engineers, and building scalable and secure systems.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and multi-cloud integrations. They will also possess expertise in Apex, Lightning (Aura & LWC), integration patterns (REST/SOAP, platform events), asynchronous processing, and Salesforce security model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies and OKRs through technical insights.
  • Oversee system health and engineering compliance within Salesforce architectures.
  • Promote engineering best practices such as CI/CD pipelines, secure coding, TDD, and automation.
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years delivering complex Salesforce solutions in agile environments.
  • Expert-level knowledge of event-driven architectures, including AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, and Apache Kafka.
  • Proven background in CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks.
