Job Opportunity

The Senior Financial Planning Analyst position involves maintaining and improving financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting. This role requires analyzing financial results to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing financial models using Planful, a cloud-based financial planning and analysis tool.
  • Analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Supporting the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes.
  • Partnering with department heads to understand company performance.
  • Creating dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Extracting and reconciling financial data from Sage and Planful for variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Providing ad hoc analysis and support to ensure timely and accurate financial information.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
  • Strong proficiency with FP&A tools for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with accounting software for GL and transactional data.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
