Design Innovator Opportunity

We're on a mission to elevate our Product Design capabilities to new levels of creativity and strategic excellence. As a seasoned design professional, you'll craft user-centric solutions that blend form and function, ensuring delightful user experiences.

Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the future of design and innovation at our organization. You'll align design goals with business objectives by implementing design thinking processes, fostering innovative, user-centric solutions and promoting creative problem-solving and collaboration.

  • You'll conduct research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
  • Creating intuitive and delightful user experiences by applying User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and User Interface Design principles.
  • Translating your ideas into tangible solutions with wireframes and prototypes.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency, and incorporating inclusive design practices per WCAG.

About this role

This is a mid-senior level position, working full-time as part of our design team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to drive our design strategy and vision forward.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Product/UX design and holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field.

  • You're proficient in Figma and have experience implementing Material Design and WCAG in your projects.
  • You have excellent English communication skills and can effectively present and defend your ideas.
  • You're resourceful, creative, and confident in solving complex design challenges independently, and managing the entire design process with support.
  • You're committed to continuously learning to stay current with the latest design trends.
  • You work well in a team, value diverse perspectives and are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • You actively mentor junior and mid-level designers while promoting a collaborative design culture.
