Job Description
  • Lead Multiple Teams: Supervise daily operations for multiple teams, ensuring they meet performance and quality expectations.
  • Drive Solutions: Identify and implement solutions to optimize operations, aligning with Cluster Operations leads.
  • Manage Staff: Allocate staff resources effectively, assisting with budget development and oversight.
  • Resolve Complex Issues: Address complex issues with significant departmental impact.
  • Evaluate Performance: Assess performance and recommend training, pay increases, hiring, terminations, and other personnel actions.
  • Procedure Compliance: Ensure adherence to essential procedures and contribute to defining workflow standards.
  • Objective Alignment: Contribute to the objectives of the entire Services function, specifically Payment Operations.
  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Payment Operations in key industry forums for the Bank.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 5-8 Years of Experience: In a related role to cash and trade operations and management.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Effective communication and analytical skills.
Education

A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is required.
