Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our product team. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in building and scaling a fast-paced technology product using high-quality AI-assisted development practices.

As a developer, you will work across backend and frontend systems, taking on a variety of tasks from smaller features and bug fixes to larger, complex builds while maintaining a focus on quality and speed. Your ability to thrive in dynamic environments, take ownership of tickets, and effectively use AI tools to deliver production-ready work makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement features and fixes across a modern tech stack including TypeScript/Node, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
  • Utilize AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development while ensuring quality.
  • Start with smaller tickets and scale up to more complex builds.
  • Maintain autonomy in implementation while collaborating with the product and engineering teams as needed.
  • Ensure code is efficient, maintainable, and scalable.
  • Collaborate with the product team to refine requirements and deliver results quickly.
  • Balance speed and reliability in production deployments.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Strong TypeScript skills, with comfort working with Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted coding and familiarity with tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
  • Ability to take tickets with minimal context and execute at a high level.
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus: Experience working with collaborative, remote-first development teams.
