Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Procurement Contract Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating procurement strategies, managing procurement activities, and developing and implementing contract terms and conditions.

The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in procurement and contract management, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and body of knowledge. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong business acumen and leadership abilities.

The job requires a professional with contracting and legal knowledge, familiar with FIDIC contracting, and local and global sourcing and logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work on tight timeframes and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the negotiation strategy discussions with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with other support groups in processing contractual documentary requirements (i.e., Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Zero Rated VAT, etc.).
  • Conduct meetings with project owners and stakeholders to identify sourcing and contracting strategies.
