Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a procurement strategy: Supports local commercial plans while delivering Procurement key targets (Growth, Financials, Resilience).
  • Building relationships: Develops and maintains positive relationships with category partners to deliver against business priorities.
  • Collaboration and coordination: Works closely with division and global spend Category Leaders, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure centrally led sourcing projects meet local business requirements and are executed efficiently.
  • Negotiation and communication: Develops solid negotiation strategies for key commercial and professional spend categories, identifies and develops major cost reduction initiatives, gains local and regional/divisional alignment and delivers financial results.
  • Leadership and team management: Leads and manages local Services Procurement team members by setting priorities, proactive coaching, and partnering on a development plan.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in procurement: Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or a related business field.
  • Leadership and team management: Proven success as a collaborative team leader with experience in managing teams.
  • Negotiation and communication skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills with experience in vendor evaluations and action planning.
