Eteam Workforce Private Corporation seeks a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the Strategic Sourcing group, this individual will be responsible for supporting and conducting strategic negotiation events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and conduct strategic negotiation events for the Strategic Sourcing group.
  • B Foster relationships with internal clients to understand their contracting needs.
  • Negotiate business terms with vendors and partners to minimize risk and maximize price efficiencies.
  • Liaise with the Legal and Security departments to ensure all contract controls and protections are in place.
  • Establish relationships and lead stakeholders/cross-functional teams to get process buy-in.
  • Create Strategic Sourcing partnerships to increase addressable spend.
  • Lead sourcing events from project kick-off to contract execution.
  • Utilize project management practices and tools to create, manage, and report on small to multimillion-dollar project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in a similar position: Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office package, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people.
  • BS Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
