Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and address DTI and DSAT cases in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Assist Head Office walk-in customers with their inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external support teams to resolve all issues and escalate unresolved matters to higher authorities.
  • Perform adjustments for incorrect transactions, adhering to policies and systems in processing refunds, grievances, over and under payments, and other necessary adjustments.
  • Prepare reports on resolutions provided and maintain records of statuses while developing professional relationships with customers.
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal departments to improve business operations.
  • Analyze customer complaints to provide accurate resolutions.
  • Answer service inquiries online and provide technical support by troubleshooting issues and providing appropriate resolutions.
