AI Automation Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Developer to lead the creation of internal tools and automations that leverage artificial intelligence to increase efficiency across the organization.

  • This role requires proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and AI/ML frameworks like OpenAI's GPT APIs, with deep experience in workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, and n8n.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom internal AI-powered web applications and tools to streamline operations and decision-making.
  • Automate spreadsheet-based processes and workflows, eliminating manual tasks and improving efficiency.
  • Integrate various external APIs and build scalable backend services to connect internal systems and data sources seamlessly.
  • Research and implement new AI-driven automations to stay at the cutting edge of innovation.
Requirements
  • Senior-level experience: Extensive experience (5+ years) in software development, with a focus on AI-driven applications and workflow automation.
  • Web app development: Proven ability to design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and languages.
  • AI and ML proficiency: Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, with hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs.
  • Workflow automation: Experience building or automating complex workflows and processes, familiarity with integration/automation platforms, and ability to create custom scripts or connectors.
  • API integration: Solid experience integrating with third-party services and RESTful APIs, and building scalable backend services to connect data across systems.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
