Job Summary

The Project Coordinator Specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of recruitment for various market research projects. This position works closely with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of studies, while collaborating with other team members to leverage internal resources and maximize results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective project plans, including sampling strategies and incentive reconciliation.
  2. Collaborate with project assistants to optimize available options and achieve maximum results.
  3. Liaise with other teams to leverage internal sample resources through phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.
  4. Monitor and report on sampling performance at a project level, providing regular updates to project management teams.
  5. Maintain strict adherence to project timelines as stipulated by clients, crafting alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples fall short.
  6. Attend meetings to discuss assigned projects, ensuring understanding of project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
  7. Host internal or external market research pretest/pilot interviews, ensuring smooth conduct and timely completion.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  2. Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
  3. 0 – 1 year of market research experience.
  4. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  6. Proficiency in market research tools and platforms a plus.
  7. Demonstrated English grammar knowledge and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Basic math skills and ability to calculate incidence rates, response rates, and profit.
  9. Interest in the healthcare space and willingness to continuously improve skills.
