As a WFM Scheduler with TASQ Staffing Solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring our call center operations run smoothly. In this dynamic and challenging position, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in WFM systems to forecast and schedule shifts.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled WFM Scheduler who can excel in an onsite, graveyard/shifting schedule environment. The successful candidate will possess strong Excel skills, including data analysis, report creation, and visualization. Additionally, they must have experience working with WFM systems such as eWFM, Verint/BluePumpkin, IEX, and CMS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast and schedule shifts using WFM systems and data analysis techniques.
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless scheduling and forecasting processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in WFM.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of WFM experience in a call center inbound voice process.
  • Strong knowledge of WFM systems, data analysis, and forecasting principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
