Your Role:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive demand and sourcing strategies.
  • Identify, engage, and assess prospects, providing recommendations to Talent Acquisition Advisors and Hiring Managers.
  • Match promising candidates to live requisitions, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive talent pipeline for future vacancies, leveraging our cutting-edge candidate relationship management platform.
  • Promote and uphold our DE&I objectives, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with supervisors and stakeholders to enhance the sourcing function.
  • Ensure seamless customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Represent the Talent Sourcing team in various stakeholder engagements.
  • Drive initiatives and projects as assigned.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and constructive feedback.
  • Protect confidential HR information and adhere to established procedures and regulations.

Who You Are:

  • Human resources degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' experience in HR operations or recruitment functions.
  • Proficiency in job boards (career sites, LinkedIn, company platforms).
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Highly adaptable, flexible, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
  • Able to collaborate with stakeholders, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
