Job Overview

This is a senior management role in our revenue operations organization. The Business Process Owner will oversee the day-to-day activity and performance of their team, driving efficiency and results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Become the business owner for revenue operations strategy and vision.
  • Oversee the entire process lifecycle from development to implementation, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Deal Management, Marketplace Operations, Ecosystems, and other groups to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop, establish, measure, and report on metrics to analyze internal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain operational reporting and delivery of executive updates.
  • Train and onboard new team members, promoting knowledge sharing and transfer.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
