  • Vendor Management: Set up vendor SLAs and KPIs, collate documentation, and monitor building operations, security, and housekeeping.
  • Technical Operations: Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented, technical vendors comply with service agreements, and develop systems to maintain equipment and machineries.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety equipment is functioning properly and maintained.
  • Administrative Operations: Comply with governmental permits, ensure ISO compliance, and manage reports and correspondences.
  • People Management: Monitor team performance, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure smooth information flow within the Property Management Group.
  • Financial Operations: Manage expenses, utilities, and revenue sources, and ensure timely billing and collection.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, professional license required.
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in property management, with experience handling residential properties.
  • Strong people management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Negotiation and technical competencies.
