Job Description

This role involves leading the development and execution of content strategies across various social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with our target audience.

The successful incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visuals. They will also be responsible for monitoring trends on social media platforms and identifying opportunities to pitch innovative content ideas and brand moments.

The position requires a deep understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices, as well as excellent copywriting skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling and effective content that drives engagement and conversion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or another related field
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Digital savvy with expertise in social media analytics and campaign optimization
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
Campaign & Launch Support

The role involves supporting major product launches and seasonal moments by developing and executing comprehensive social media campaigns. The successful incumbent will work closely with the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to align social media content with overall marketing objectives.
