The Lead Quality Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving the overall testing strategy and quality assurance efforts across various projects. This entails team leadership, task delegation, and fostering collaboration among QA members to ensure seamless execution of testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project requirements and collaborate with Delivery Leads to contribute to User Story Acceptance Criteria, ensuring clear and testable project expectations are met.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to efficiently meet project deadlines and quality goals.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs, effectively communicating and working with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Design, develop, and execute test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage for both new and existing features.
  • Continuously monitor and improve quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to guarantee the highest level of software quality.
  • Apply testing processes for new and existing products, tailoring them to meet specific client needs and project requirements.
