Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a highly skilled bookkeeper, you will be responsible for handling the financial operations of Canadian clients using QuickBooks Online. Your key duties will include:

  • Reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate ledgers.
  • Ensuring compliance with Canadian bookkeeping and tax requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Canadian head office team on client support.
  • Suggesting improvements using automation & AI tools to streamline processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken) skills.
  • Experience supporting North American clients (Canada/US) in a BPO setting.
