Job Title:

About the Role:

As a seasoned Digital Analytics Strategist, you will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of conversion tracking, verifying and sanity-checking its implementation, debugging tracking issues, and creating customized reports from analytics and other sources. This role is ideal for an individual with expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and a strong understanding of digital analytics and web traffic metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing conversion tracking for various elements such as forms, buttons, e-commerce, and more
  • Verifying & sanity-checking conversion tracking implementation to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Debugging tracking issues and resolving them efficiently
  • Identifying and troubleshooting problems with test measurement on Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar
  • Creating customized reports from analytics and other sources to provide actionable insights

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, overseeing implementation, coding, testing, and conducting ongoing maintenance
  • At least 3-4 years of experience with website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, GA3/GA4
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and proficiency in using it for analytical purposes
  • Proven experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, with a strong grasp of digital analytics and web traffic metrics
  • Expert-level knowledge in Web Analytics, specifically with Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of third-party tagging, pixel creation, and data management
  • Experience in transitioning GA accounts from UA to GA4
  • Native-level spoken and written English communication skills
