Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling digital ad campaigns and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute high-performing digital marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and test ad creative, including static, video, carousel, and user-generated content (UGC) formats
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on performance marketing and e-commerce
- Demonstrated success in scaling digital ad campaigns to drive revenue growth, with expertise in attribution, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization principles
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting tools
- Experience in copywriting and ad creative testing for paid acquisition, with a strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation
- Prior involvement in SEO strategies and experience with organic search engine optimization
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with UGC campaigns and experience sourcing and managing UGC creators
