Digital Marketing Strategist

Email marketing specialists are responsible for developing and implementing email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
Candidates will work closely with the marketing team to create strategies that increase engagement, drive traffic, and boost conversions.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns using MailChimp's drag-and-drop editor.
- Design engaging email templates using MailChimp's features.
- Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve key metrics.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email content.
- Evaluate compliance with industry policies and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or any related field is required. At least 2 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role is also necessary.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in MailChimp, including list management and automation.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
