At the forefront of user experience, we seek a skilled researcher to drive innovation in game projects. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with operators, producers, and designers to define research objectives and questions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, execute, and analyze comprehensive user research studies, incorporating playtesting, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
  2. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover patterns, insights, and player pain points.
  3. Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to cross-disciplinary teams through reports and presentations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Game Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in user research, UX research, or playtesting in games or software.
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics, etc.).
