Customer Success Manager - Manila

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our ambitious Customer Success Management team in Manila.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and providing expert guidance on how to maximize the value of our products.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Support, Product, and Finance, to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.

Your Impact:

  • Supportive account engagement: Provide guidance and support to customers on product use, addressing reactive requests related to technical questions, product features, and general inquiries.
  • Upsell strategy with a light touch: Identify and present upsell opportunities as they align with customer needs.
  • Product knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our product suite, using this expertise to assist customers in maximizing their usage.
  • Proactive monitoring and data-driven engagement: Use product usage and health metrics to identify at-risk accounts and potential upsell opportunities.
