As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality for our web and mobile applications.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans for each release. This includes conducting functional, regression, exploratory, smoke, and UI/UX testing to validate release candidates and approve production deployments.

In addition, you will identify, document, and track bugs using our internal tools. You will also build automated test scripts where valuable and maintain them as systems evolve.

Your key qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of experience in manual and automated QA for web and/or mobile apps, with proven ownership of release testing cycles in high-frequency development environments.

You should be familiar with tools like Jira, TestRail, Playwright, BrowserStack, Postman, etc. and comfortable working across time zones with partial overlap with Sydney business hours.

A strong English communication (written and verbal) and proactive documentation habits are essential, as well as being autonomous, self-directed, and rigorous.
