We are seeking a Digital Content Developer to fuel our growth by creating engaging content that drives conversions. This role will serve as a bridge between internal teams, user-generated content creators, and performance marketers, ensuring a constant flow of captivating content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with design and media production teams to brief and request assets for paid campaigns.
  • Source and manage user-generated content creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content daily.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly.
  • Stay ahead of user-generated content trends to keep our ads relevant and engaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven experience producing user-generated content-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms and what makes content convert.
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics.
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
