Main Duties
  • Effective communication with clients and timely response to queries
  • Setting up legal entities and investors in our system for medium-high complexity cases
  • Data processing from clients and old administrators into our reporting tool for medium-high complexity cases
  • Reconciliation of processed data for medium-high complexity cases
  • Internal training on client implementation processes
  • Process improvement and quality standards maintenance for client portfolios
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in shared services or fund accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field
  • Proven experience in managing service operations and client deliverables or client onboarding
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel
