Client Services Manager

The Client Services Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders while optimizing revenue cycle performance.
This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all revenue cycle-related matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance metrics, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Revenue Cycle Operations
- Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle functions, including patient registration, billing, coding, claims submission, and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to denials, underpayments, and claim rejections.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with payer guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
- Service Delivery and Performance Monitoring
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in accounts receivable, denial rates, and collection efficiency.
- Identify trends and recommend strategies to enhance revenue cycle performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client concerns.
- Process Improvement and Compliance
- Analyze revenue cycle workflows and recommend process improvements to maximize efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, payer policies, and regulatory changes (e.g., HIPAA, CMS).
- Provide training to staff and clients on revenue cycle processes and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with operations, billing, and IT teams to address client-specific needs.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to align services with client goals.
- Lead or contribute to projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, client relationship management, and process improvement.
