The candidate needs to fulfill the following key functions:

  1. Manage bank micro/digital loan portfolio,
  2. Be familiar with banking credit regulation and PIC for designing and demonstrating the flow walkthrough,
  3. Coordinate with product/IT team on flow changes as part of a digital bank.

Additionally, the candidate will represent the bank in all cybersecurity matters and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an Information Security Management Program to ensure adequate protection of information assets. The ISM should identify, evaluate, and report information security risks in relation to compliance and regulatory requirements, aligning and supporting the institution's risk posture. The role involves proactive collaboration with various business units to implement security practices and serve as the process owner for assurance activities related to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data involving customers, partners, employees, and business information, in accordance with security policies.

The specific tasks include:

Information Security Strategic Plan

Develop and communicate a divisional roadmap for information security aligned with the bank's risk appetite, in collaboration with the IT Network Manager and headquarters staff. Establish information security policies, standards, and guidelines, and maintain a knowledge database on security trends, advisories, and regulations.

Risk Management

Assess vulnerabilities regularly, establish risk-based processes for vendor and partner risk management, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and security ownership.

Compliance and Regulation

Coordinate security assessments with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with BSP standards. Respond effectively to security incidents, identify causes, and implement corrective actions. Recommend and implement technical controls to enforce security policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Cyber & Information Security, with a CISA certification.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, regulatory compliance, and BSP security protocols.
  • Leadership skills with strategic thinking, negotiation, and project management capabilities.
