About This Role

As a senior business and financial expert, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing operations to identify areas for improvement. With a strong analytical background and experience in the software-as-a-service and health-tech sectors, you will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights, develop strategic plans, and recommend data-driven solutions that support operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate business and financial operations to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business and financial performance.
  • Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses on projects, tools, and initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and scalability.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst, finance analyst, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience improving business processes.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
