
Amazon FBA Sales Growth Specialist

We're seeking a talented sales professional to join our team as an Amazon FBA Sales Development Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling: Reach out to Amazon sellers across the U.S. using provided scripts to introduce our offer and directly book them onto our closers' calendars.
- Follow-ups: Manage ongoing lead engagement via phone, email, and text messages, handling objections, answering questions, rescheduling, and pushing conversations toward booked calls.
- CRM ownership: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in Pipedrive, ensuring outreach is logged, follow-ups are tracked, and no lead is left behind.
- Calendar coordination: Ensure our sales calendar is consistently booked with qualified, well-prepared leads. Handle reschedules and no-show reduction.
Requirements:
- A fluent English speaker with a neutral or American-sounding accent, confident on cold calls and polished in writing.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented individual, with a keen eye for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable using tools like Pipedrive, Slack, Asana, Loom, Google Calendar, and Zoom.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA sellers is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and responsive during EST working hours (9 AM-5 PM preferred).
