Accounting Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled accounting specialist to join our team. This role involves tracking expenses, budgeting, taxes, cash flow, receipts, payroll, and other financial dealings for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience as an accountant/bookkeeper and a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. They must also be proficient in utilizing QuickBooks software and have knowledge of other accounting software.

A CPA license is preferred but not required. Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciliation, and taxes is also preferred but not required. Knowledge of US GAAP is a huge plus.

Requirements:
  • At least a year of experience as an accountant/bookkeeper
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Proficient in QuickBooks software
  • Knowledge of other accounting software
Benefits:
  • Total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid)
