The Senior Business Analyst position is a strategic role that involves analyzing key metrics, providing actionable insights, and guiding decision-making across product portfolio, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate product performance across various metrics to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide recommendations for portfolio optimization, including product introductions or discontinuations, to drive business success.
- Analyze marketing campaigns to assess ROI and overall effectiveness, and collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies based on analytical insights.
- Conduct customer segmentation and behavior analysis to inform targeted marketing efforts and enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Define frameworks to measure operational efficiency and identify opportunities to drive operational optimization, enhance supplier collaborations, and improve overall commercial efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders, and present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CPA/CMA) preferred.
- 2–7 years of experience in business analysis / commercial planning, preferably within the FMCG sector or a consulting firm.
- High proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
