Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our manufacturing unit safely delivers high-quality products that meet all cost and service objectives.

You will set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly goals, organize workflow by reviewing work orders, assigning responsibilities, and providing necessary resources. Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and reporting production results will be part of your daily routine. Ensuring equipment and tools are in good working order and maintaining a safe, clean work environment are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize production resource utilization to achieve budget targets.
  • Implement effective cost reduction initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Ensure all production processes adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor and control workflow, set processing variables, and facilitate corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program to ensure personnel have the necessary skills.
  • Lead, coach, and appraise production personnel.
  • Analyze and compile production performance data.

Experience in production control, cost management, and quality control is essential. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology and the ability to lead and develop a team are highly valued.
