  • An Insurance Claims Support Specialist is responsible for assisting clients with insurance inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with company policies, and work closely with other departments for smooth service delivery.

Work Setup:

  • This role is based onsite in Quezon City.
  • The work schedule is a dayshift.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The salary range for this position is PHP 18,000 to PHP 20,000 per month.
  • Additionally, employees receive a PHP 2,000 allowance.
  • Other benefits include life insurance coverage from the first day of employment, free HMO coverage for the employee and two dependents, an annual performance appraisal, structured career growth opportunities, and access to skills training programs.
  • Night differential pay of 10% applies.
  • Paid leaves are also provided.
