Job Summary

A Motor Vehicle Assessor is responsible for the assessing phase of the claim's management process. This involves managing insurance claims, undertaking assessments, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage insurance claims comprehensively, including submitting assessment reports and completing scope of works.
  • Undertake assessments allocated by the Assessing Operations Manager.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, clients, trades, and internal staff to resolve queries related to insurance claims.
  • Conduct activities in a timely manner.
  • Prepare own assessment reports to be sent directly to the client.
  • Maintain regular communication with Management on technical or customer service issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience for Vehicle Insurance Assessor.
  • Smash or Panel beater required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT experience.
  • Amenable to work on a Hybrid DayShift.
