IT Site Deployment Specialist

As a skilled IT professional, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining client sites. This role requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy and maintain trial and production sites, ensuring that they meet the needs of clients.
- Customize meeting sites to meet client requirements, including updating texts, labels, and site features.
- Update meeting information, logos, and banners, and upload downloadable files.
- Maintain internal system parameters and update dynamic forms.
- Address support cases via online tools.
- Provide product usage and sales information.
- Analyze and route support cases appropriately.
- Conduct client training and perform environmental health checks.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies like Java and SQL.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and work outside regular hours.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
